Roles & responsibility
• Dispense medications accurately as per prescriptions
• Review prescriptions for dosage, interactions and appropriateness
• Counsel patients on correct medication use, side effects and precautions
• Manage pharmacy inventory, stock control and expiry monitoring
• Ensure compliance with UAE pharmacy regulations and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and pharmacy records
• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare staff for optimal patient care
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred
• Valid UAE Pharmacist license
Experience
• 3+ years of experience in hospital or community pharmacy
• UAE pharmacy experience preferred
Skills
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drug safety
• Inventory management and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and within a healthcare team
