Pharmacist

Role & Responsibilities:
• Dispense medications accurately and provide clear instructions on proper usage and dosage
• Conduct patient consultations to assess medication needs and offer personalized guidance
• Develop and support medication therapy plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Work closely with the medical team to ensure effective patient care and medication adherence
• Maintain accurate patient records including medication histories and treatment plans
• Stay updated on new drugs, therapies, and best practices in pharmacy care

Qualification:
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

Experience:
• Freshers or candidates with relevant hospital or clinical pharmacy experience are welcome
