Roles & Responsibilities
• Dispense prescribed medications accurately as per doctor’s prescription
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines as per guidelines
• Maintain stock registers and monitor inventory levels
• Verify expiry dates and ensure safe disposal of expired medicines
• Maintain patient medication records and documentation
• Provide basic counseling to patients regarding dosage and administration
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and institutional policies
• Coordinate with medical officers and nursing staff for medicine requirements
Qualification
• B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) or D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy)
Experience
• Relevant experience in hospital/clinic pharmacy preferred
• Minimum 03 years of work experience
Age Limit
• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 45 Years
