Pharmacist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Dispense medicines as per prescribed treatment
• Check prescriptions for correct dosage and instructions
• Maintain proper storage and handling of medicines
• Manage inventory, stock records, and expiry dates
• Counsel patients on medication usage and precautions
• Maintain pharmacy registers and documentation
• Follow ECHS guidelines and healthcare protocols
• Support smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations

Qualification
• D. Pharm from a recognized institute

Experience
• Relevant pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience in hospital or dispensary pharmacy is an advantage

Age Limit (ECHS Notification 2026)
• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 45 Years

Skills
• Knowledge of medicines and dispensing practices
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a disciplined healthcare environment
