Roles & Responsibilities
• Dispense medications accurately as per prescription and government health guidelines
• Maintain proper storage and inventory of medicines
• Ensure compliance with drug safety and regulatory standards
• Provide counselling to patients regarding medication usage and dosage
• Maintain pharmacy records and documentation as per departmental protocols
• Coordinate with medical officers and healthcare staff for patient care services
• Monitor stock levels and prepare indent requests as required
Qualification
• D. Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy) from a recognised institution
Experience
• Experience in hospital or government healthcare settings preferred
• Fresh candidates meeting eligibility criteria may apply (as per notification norms)
Skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs and dispensing practices
• Basic inventory and stock management skills
• Good communication and patient counselling ability
• Attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy
Age Limit
• Minimum: 18 Years
• Maximum: 45 Years
• Age relaxation applicable as per Government norms
