About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Support administrative and regulatory activities within the pharmacy/healthcare division
• Prepare and maintain documentation for product registration, renewals, and compliance
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities for submission of applications and license renewals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections
• Monitor inventory levels and update product data as required
• Ensure compliance with UAE MOH, DHA, and DOH regulations
• Assist management with reporting, filing, and regulatory communication
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant pharmacy environment
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Valid UAE Pharmacist License (MOH / DHA / DOH) preferred
Experience
• Registered Pharmacist with valid UAE license preferred OR
• Pharmacy graduate with relevant regulatory/administrative experience
• Prior experience in regulatory affairs or healthcare administration preferred
Skills
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and registration processes
• Understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and database systems
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Compensation
• Registered Pharmacists: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (based on experience)
• Pharmacists with basic knowledge/experience: Up to AED 8,000 per month
