Pharmacist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Accurately dispense prescriptions in accordance with legal and professional standards
• Provide patient counselling to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Deliver vaccination services (accreditation essential)
• Provide compression stocking services and related patient support
• Manage high script volume while maintaining dispensing accuracy
• Collaborate closely with two local GP clinics and BMPS to optimise patient care
• Monitor medication interactions and provide clinical interventions when required
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Maintain controlled drug registers and regulatory documentation
• Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management
• Contribute to workflow efficiency in a busy community setting
• Provide friendly, patient-focused customer service
• Work independently when required while maintaining professional standards
• Participate in quality improvement and community health initiatives

Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Registered Pharmacist with current AHPRA registration
• Vaccination accreditation (essential)

Experience
• Community pharmacy experience preferred
• Confident working independently when required
