About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities
• Dispense medications strictly as per prescribed treatment protocols
• Maintain accurate and updated drug inventory within the BHISHM Cube
• Ensure proper documentation of dispensing records and stock movement
• Assist in procurement, replenishment, and management of essential drugs and medical supplies
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, institutional policies, and quality standards
• Support basic laboratory and diagnostic procedures as required
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of medicines, reagents, and medical supplies
• Maintain updated records related to pharmacy operations and inventory control
• Assist in maintenance, deployment, operation, and demobilization of BHISHM Cubes as per SOPs
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the competent authority

Qualification
• B.Pharm or D.Pharm from a recognized university
• Registered with the Pharmacy Council of India

Experience
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience

Skills
• Strong knowledge of drug dispensing and inventory management
• Understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards
• Basic knowledge of laboratory coordination and medical supply handling
• Working knowledge of computer applications
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills
• Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
