About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Dispense prescribed medications accurately as per hospital policies
• Review prescriptions for dosage accuracy, drug interactions, and contraindications
• Ensure proper storage and inventory management of medicines
• Maintain pharmacy records and documentation as per regulatory guidelines
• Provide drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare staff
• Monitor and report adverse drug reactions (ADRs)
• Ensure compliance with hospital pharmacy protocols and NABH standards
• Coordinate with medical and nursing teams for safe medication practices
Qualification
• B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) from a recognized institution
• Valid Registration with State Pharmacy Council
• Diploma in Pharmacy, Registered with Pharmacy council
Experience
• 02 years of experience post Qualification from recognized institute/ board Concerned field
• Relevant experience in hospital pharmacy preferred
Skills
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication safety
• Understanding of hospital pharmacy operations
• Good communication and patient counseling skills
• Inventory and stock management ability
• Basic computer knowledge for record maintenance
Age Limit
• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years
