About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities
• Dispense medications accurately as per valid prescriptions and hospital protocols
• Review prescriptions for dosage accuracy, drug interactions, and contraindications
• Maintain proper storage conditions of medicines as per regulatory guidelines
• Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment
• Maintain patient medication records and documentation
• Provide drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals
• Monitor and report adverse drug reactions (ADRs)
• Ensure compliance with hospital pharmacy standards and safety practices

Qualification
• B.Pharm (Bachelo's degree in Pharmacy) from a recognized institution
• Valid Registration with State Pharmacy Council

Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience post qualification
• Relevant hospital pharmacy experience preferred

Skills
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication safety
• Understanding of hospital pharmacy operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing
• Basic computer knowledge for pharmacy management systems

Age Limit
• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 32 Years
