Job Description
This is a full-time, 12-month contract position for an AHPRA-registered pharmacist at Sydney Adventist Hospital (fondly known as “the San”), the largest private hospital in NSW. The role involves delivering comprehensive clinical pharmacy services and rotating through ward-based clinical care and the busy dispensary environment.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure safe medication use and provide high-quality pharmaceutical care. The department operates in a fast-paced environment with approximately 25 staff per shift and a broader team of over 50 pharmacy employees.

Responsibilities
• Deliver clinical pharmacy services tailored to individual patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a hospital pharmacist.
• Oncology pharmacy experience (highly desirable).
• Strong clinical drug knowledge and computer literacy in pharmacy applications.

Educational Requirements:

Salary Insights
• $44 per hour (Year 1).
• Up to $76 per hour (Level 3, Year 2).
