Pharmacist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Dispense and verify prescription medications accurately
• Provide patient counseling on dosage, administration, side effects, and drug interactions
• Maintain proper documentation and pharmacy records in compliance with regulations
• Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and professional pharmacy standards
• Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure availability of essential medications
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals for optimized patient therapy plans
• Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure smooth daily operations

Qualification
• B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) or M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy)

Experience
• Minimum 3+ years of pharmacy experience
• Experience in hospital or retail pharmacy setting preferred

Skills
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and dispensing practices
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance and documentation standards
• Strong patient counseling and communication skills
• Effective team supervision and coordination abilities
• Good inventory and stock management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capability
