About the Role & Responsibilities

• Support dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter medications
• Provide basic medication counselling under pharmacist supervision
• Assist in stock management and inventory control
• Support dispensary administration and documentation
• Maintain pharmacy compliance and workflow standards
• Deliver customer service in retail pharmacy environment

Qualification

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm completed

Skills

• Basic dispensing and pharmacy workflow understanding
• Patient communication and counselling skills
• Inventory management awareness
• Documentation and organisational skills
• Customer service orientation

Experience

• Retail pharmacy experience preferred but not mandatory

Salary

• AUD $75,000 – $85,000 per annum
