Responsibilities
• Support and oversee daily dispensary operations
• Ensure pharmacy operations comply with legal and professional standards
• Provide accurate dispensing and patient counselling services
• Deliver clinical services including medication reviews and vaccinations
• Maintain high standards of customer service and patient care
• Collaborate with local GPs and allied health professionals
• Assist the Pharmacist Manager in workflow management and team coordination
• Monitor stock control, storage conditions, and inventory processes
• Maintain compliance with AHPRA and relevant pharmacy legislation

Educational and Registration Requirements
• Bachelor of Pharmacy – Mandatory
• Current General Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) – Mandatory
• Full Australian working rights
Experience and Skills
Experience:
• Community pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience in leadership or dispensary management desirable
• Immunisation and medication review experience advantageous
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in dispensing software systems
• Understanding of PBS processes and regulatory compliance
• Experience delivering professional pharmacy services
