Job Description

Ravens Recruitment is recruiting a Full Scope Pharmacist to join a successful community pharmacy team in Toowoomba on the Darling Downs. The pharmacy is owned and operated by an award-winning pharmacist who is looking to welcome an enthusiastic professional into the team. The successful candidate will work alongside pharmacists, technicians, and retail staff to deliver high-quality pharmacy services. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to progress into a Dispensary Manager position over time. The pharmacy utilizes the Minfos dispensing system together with the Rowa dispensing robot, creating an efficient workflow that allows pharmacists to focus more on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately using pharmacy dispensing systems and robotic technology.
• Provide professional medication counseling and healthcare advice to patients.
• Deliver full-scope pharmacy services and support expanded clinical services.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and retail staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication documentation.
• Support patient health outcomes through proactive pharmaceutical care.
• Act as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) on alternate Saturdays when required.
• Contribute to the development of new pharmacy services and community outreach programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent pharmacy qualification.
• Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Eligibility to practice as a registered pharmacist in Australia.

Preferred Skills

• Full Scope Pharmacist training or willingness to undertake full scope training.
• Strong interest in community pharmacy and patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a pharmacy team.

Salary & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $50 – $55 per hour depending on experience.
