Pharmacist In-Charge

Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee daily dispensary operations to ensure safe and efficient workflow
• Supervise and coordinate a team of Pharmacists, Technicians, Intern, and retail staff
• Review and check medication packing prepared by Technicians
• Provide patient counselling and ensure high standards of clinical care
• Deliver vaccination services and other professional pharmacy programs
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and professional standards
• Support stock control, dispensing accuracy, and workflow management
• Foster a positive, customer-focused team environment
• Participate in rotational roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
• General registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Experience
• Experience in community pharmacy essential
• Previous leadership or Pharmacist in Charge experience preferred
• Experience with Minfos dispensing system desirable

Salary & Benefits
• $60/hr (Monday–Friday) + Super
• $70/hr (Saturday)
• $80/hr (Sunday)
• $100/hr (Public Holidays)
• Relocation assistance available (for suitable candidates)
• Well-staffed pharmacy with multiple Pharmacists and Technicians on shift
