Pharmacist In-Charge

Roles & Responsibilities
• Act as Sole Pharmacist, managing dispensary operations from 9:00am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
• Ensure safe and accurate dispensing in compliance with regulatory standards
• Deliver high-quality patient counselling and clinical services
• Build strong professional relationships with clinic staff and the local community
• Supervise and coordinate with dispensary technician support
• Maintain inventory control, record accuracy, and audit readiness
• Lead pharmacy operations while fostering a positive team environment

Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
• Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Experience
• Experience in community pharmacy practice preferred
• Prior experience as Pharmacist in Charge or leadership exposure advantageous

• Strong clinical knowledge and patient-care focus
