Job Description
The Pharmacist Grade 1 or Grade 2 – Rotational position involves delivering comprehensive clinical pharmacy services within a hospital environment. The role also offers opportunities for credentialing in advanced pharmacy practices such as Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) and participation in professional education programs.

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent pharmacy qualification
• General registration as a pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility to obtain registration
Experience and Skills
• Clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital environment is preferred
