Pharmacist - CWH Currumbin Waters

Roles & Responsibilities
• Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions using MyScripts
• Manage day-to-day store, dispensary, and team operations
• Provide professional medication counselling and complete patient care solutions
• Supervise Intern Pharmacists, Student Pharmacists, and Dispensary Assistants
• Oversee dispensary inventory management and order processing
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards
• Support and implement pharmacy best-practice initiatives
• Contribute to business growth and new service development strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold medication safety standards

Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
• Current registration with Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA)

Experience
• Community pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience using dispensing software systems (e.g., MyScripts) advantageous

Skills
• Strong dispensing accuracy and clinical knowledge
• Leadership and team supervision capability
• Excellent communication and patient counselling skills
• Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced retail environment
• Business awareness and commitment to pharmacy best-practice
