Job Description
HLL Lifecare Limited is conducting a walk-in selection process for Pharmacist and Assistant Pharmacist positions for AMRIT Pharmacy outlets located in major government hospitals in Delhi including All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Safdarjung Hospital, and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. The selected candidates will work in AMRIT Pharmacy outlets operating inside these hospitals, where they will be responsible for dispensing medicines, maintaining pharmacy records, and supporting hospital pharmacy services. These positions will be offered on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis and provide pharmacists with the opportunity to work in a government-supported healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
Dispense prescription medicines accurately to patients visiting AMRIT pharmacy outlets
Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure adequate stock availability of medicines
Ensure proper storage conditions and handling of pharmaceutical products
Provide patient counselling regarding medication usage, dosage, and precautions
Maintain pharmacy documentation, dispensing records, and regulatory compliance
Support daily pharmacy operations within hospital premises
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and institutional guidelines
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution
Experience and Skills:
Experience requirements depend on the pharmacist grade:
Assistant Pharmacist – D.Pharm / B.Pharm (experience may not be mandatory)
Pharmacist Grade IV – D.Pharm / B.Pharm with 2 years of experience
Pharmacist Grade III – D.Pharm / B.Pharm with 4 years of experience
Pharmacist Grade II – D.Pharm / B.Pharm with 6 years of experience
Pharmacist Grade I – D.Pharm / B.Pharm with 8 years of experience
Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate is required
Age Eligibility:
Maximum 37 years as of 1 March 2026
Age relaxation will be applicable for SC, ST, OBC, and PwD candidates as per Government of India rules.
Salary Insights
Assistant Pharmacist – ₹16,000 to ₹20,000 per month
Pharmacist Grade IV – ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
Pharmacist Grade III – ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month
Pharmacist Grade II – ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month
Pharmacist Grade I – ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month
