Pharmacist and Clinic Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Dispense medicines accurately as per prescriptions
• Handle patient enquiries, calls, registrations, and appointment scheduling
• Maintain pharmacy stock, perform regular expiry checks, and keep proper records
• Coordinate laboratory activities including sample collection and report management
• Manage billing, cash handling, and basic accounting activities
• Maintain patient files, medical records, and clinic documentation
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficient functioning of the clinic

Qualification
• 12th Pass / D.Pharm / B.Pharm from a recognized board or institute

Experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in a clinic, pharmacy, or healthcare setup

Skills
• Knowledge of medicine dispensing and clinic operations
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently
• Basic computer skills and billing software knowledge
• Organized, responsible, and service-oriented approach
