Pharmacist - AI trainer

Role & Responsibilities
• Review and validate AI-generated content related to prescriptions, drug interactions, and patient education
• Provide expert feedback to improve medical accuracy, clarity, and patient safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design AI training datasets based on real-world pharmacy scenarios
• Advise on medication selection, dosing, contraindications, and emerging therapies
• Identify knowledge gaps in AI outputs and recommend targeted improvements
• Ensure AI responses comply with regulatory, ethical, and privacy requirements
• Communicate complex pharmacy concepts through clear written reports and virtual discussions
• Support continuous improvement of AI-driven clinical decision support systems

Qualification
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Pharmacy
• Active pharmacist licence in good standing

Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of professional pharmacy experience
• Strong background in drug dispensing and patient counselling
• Experience collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Skills
• In-depth knowledge of drug interactions, contraindications, and evidence-based pharmacotherapy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Strong clinical judgement with a focus on accuracy and patient safety
• Interest in medical technology, AI, and digital health solutions
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• High ethical standards and professional reliability

Preferred
• Prior experience in AI training, healthcare informatics, or clinical software development
• Advanced degree or certification in clinical pharmacy, informatics, or related fields
• Familiarity with digital health regulations and data privacy requirements
