Pharmacist - AI trainer

Roles & Responsibilities
• Review and analyze AI-generated content related to prescriptions, drug interactions, and patient education for medical accuracy and clarity
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI responses in line with pharmaceutical standards and patient safety guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI training datasets based on real-world pharmacy scenarios
• Advise on medication selection, dosage, contraindications, and emerging therapies to strengthen AI-driven decision support
• Identify gaps in AI knowledge and recommend targeted improvements and learning content
• Ensure AI outputs comply with regulatory, ethical, and data privacy requirements
• Communicate complex pharmacy concepts effectively through written documentation and virtual discussions

Qualifications
• Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm / PharmD or equivalent)
• Active pharmacist license in good standing

Experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in pharmacy practice, including dispensing and patient counseling
• Experience working with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Skills
• Strong knowledge of drug interactions, contraindications, side effects, and evidence-based medication use
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Strong understanding of regulatory, ethical, and patient safety standards
• Interest in medical technology, AI, and clinical decision support systems
• Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Ability to translate clinical knowledge into structured, high-quality AI training inputs

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in AI training, healthcare informatics, or pharmacy-related digital platforms
• Advanced degree or certification in clinical pharmacy, informatics, or related areas
• Familiarity with digital health regulations and data privacy requirements
