Your Core Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound counselling calls
• Understand candidate background and career goals
• Recommend suitable upskilling programs
• Convert qualified leads through ethical, value-driven discussions
• Maintain structured CRM follow-ups
• Achieve monthly enrolment targets
• Coordinate with marketing & academic teams

This is NOT a pushy sales role.
It is structured, trust-based admissions counselling.

Who Should Apply?

✅ B.Pharm or PharmD (Mandatory)
✅ 0–5 years experience (EdTech admissions preferred but not mandatory)
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Confident on calls and WhatsApp conversations
✅ Target-driven with a student-first mindset
✅ Comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment
