About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, and preprocess large pharmaceutical and healthcare datasets
• Maintain and update pharma master data ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Analyze hospital purchase and market data to generate actionable insights
• Support supply chain and strategic decision-making through data analysis
• Identify gaps and improve data collection and reporting processes
• Follow best practices for data governance and industry standards

Qualification
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / PharmD preferred

Experience
• 6 months to 4 years of experience in pharma or healthcare data analysis

Skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and drug classifications
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
