Pediatrics Physiotherapist

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify children’s physical developmental needs.
• Design and implement effective physiotherapy treatment plans tailored to each child.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT), Sensory Integration Therapy, and Gross/Fine Motor Skill Training.
• Monitor and evaluate child progress, adjusting treatment plans as required for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Special Educators to ensure a holistic care approach.
• Educate and actively involve parents, guiding them to reinforce therapeutic goals at home.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Qualification:
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) required.
• Experience in pediatric physiotherapy is highly preferred.

Experience:
• Proven experience in assessing and developing treatment plans for children.
• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic interventions and progress monitoring.

Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of specialized pediatric therapies: NDT, Sensory Integration Therapy, Gross/Fine Motor Skill Training.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-oriented approach.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Faridabad.
