Pediatrics Physiotherapist

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify children’s physical developmental needs
• Design and implement individualized, goal-oriented physiotherapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions such as Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT), Sensory Integration Therapy, and Gross/Fine Motor Skill Training
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans for optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Special Educators for holistic care
• Educate and actively involve parents to support therapy goals at home
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) is required
• Certification in Paediatric Physiotherapy is a significant advantage

EXPERIENCE:
• Proven experience in assessing and developing treatment plans for children preferred

• Strong knowledge of pediatric physiotherapy and specialized therapies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and parents
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities
