About the Role
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in designing and implementing therapy programs for children aged 2–12
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary developmental team
• Engage with families to support home-based therapy strategies
• Participate in regular training, mentoring, and professional development programs
• Support children with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, sensory challenges, and related conditions
QUALIFICATION:
• Graduate in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
EXPERIENCE:
• Freshers encouraged to apply
SKILLS:
• Excellent communication skills (English, Tamil, Hindi, or Telugu preferred)
• Strong interest in working with children
• Basic understanding of pediatric development and conditions
• Learning mindset with a child-centered approach
• Team collaboration and interpersonal skills
