Pediatric Physiotherapist & Center Manager

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans focusing on motor skills, coordination, and sensory integration
• Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance functional abilities and independence
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, behavior analysts, parents, and caregivers for holistic care
• Contribute to specialized physiotherapy program development for children with autism
• Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and support staff
• Conduct staff training to improve therapeutic approaches and autism awareness
• Oversee daily operations of the autism care center, including scheduling and resource allocation
• Implement quality assurance measures and evaluate treatment effectiveness
• Foster relationships with parents, schools, and community organizations for outreach
• Maintain accurate documentation, treatment plans, and progress reports

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with specialization in Pediatric Physiotherapy
• Relevant certifications in autism care or related fields
• State licensure or certification as a physiotherapist
• English proficiency required

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 1 year of physiotherapy experience preferred
• Experience working with children with autism preferred
