Pediatric Physical Therapist
About the Role
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assess children with developmental and behavioral challenges to determine therapy needs
• Plan and implement individualized pediatric therapy sessions
• Develop customized treatment and rehabilitation programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate families on therapy techniques and child development strategies
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related healthcare field
EXPERIENCE:
• Freshers are welcome (post Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy with an inclination toward pediatrics)
• Previous experience in pediatric therapy is highly desirable
SKILLS:
• Expertise in physical therapy and pediatric rehabilitation
• Strong understanding of pediatric conditions and developmental challenges
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to create personalized therapy plans
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
