About the Role
Roles and responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat children with developmental delays and other pediatric conditions
• Develop customized therapy plans and implement rehabilitation techniques
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes
• Track patient progress and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions
• Apply neurodevelopmental therapy and other evidence-based pediatric physiotherapy techniques
• Provide compassionate, patient-centric care to children
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
• Expertise in pediatric physical therapy and rehabilitation techniques
• Knowledge of pediatrics and child development
• Relevant licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist
Experience:
• Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
• Freshers with strong clinical training in pediatric physiotherapy may also apply
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to pediatric care
• Analytical skills for monitoring progress and adapting treatment plans
