Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assess children with developmental, sensory, or physical challenges
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs
• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary professionals
• Monitor patient progress to ensure developmental goals are achieved
• Create engaging therapeutic activities to support skill development
• Educate caregivers on therapy techniques and home-based strategies

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field preferred
• Relevant certifications and licensure in Occupational Therapy

Experience:
• Previous experience in a pediatric or child-focused therapy setting is beneficial

Skills :
• Expertise in sensory integration and occupational therapy techniques
• Strong knowledge of pediatrics and early intervention strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual developmental needs
