Roles & Responsibilities
• Interpret laboratory investigations and diagnostic tests
• Oversee laboratory operations and quality control
• Validate pathology reports accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards
• Collaborate with clinicians for diagnostic clarification
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualification
• MBBS with MD / DNB in Pathology
• Valid Medical Council registration
• DataFlow verification preferred
• Prometric clearance preferred

Experience
• Minimum 3 years post MD experience
• Experience in hospital or diagnostic lab preferred

Skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Expertise in laboratory quality control
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication with clinical teams
• Knowledge of laboratory accreditation standards
