Paediatric Physiotherapist

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct detailed sensory-motor and functional assessments to identify developmental delays
• Develop individualized therapy plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes
• Deliver child-centric therapy sessions focusing on motor skills, balance, coordination, and postural control
• Adapt therapy techniques based on each child’s progress and needs
• Track session progress and maintain accurate documentation and reports
• Collaborate with speech therapists, behavior therapists, special educators, and parents for holistic care
• Guide parents on home-based strategies and provide training to support child development
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, case discussions, and goal reviews
• Stay updated with the latest practices through training and workshops

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Knowledge of physiology and pediatrics
