Paediatric Physiotherapist

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify physical and developmental needs of pediatric patients
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on functional goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions including Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT), Sensory Integration Therapy, and Gross and Fine Motor Skill Training
• Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and modify treatment plans as required
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Special Educators, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate and guide parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapy techniques
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment records, and progress notes
• Ensure safety, comfort, and active participation of children during therapy sessions

Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of pediatric physiotherapy and child development
• Hands-on experience in pediatric assessment and rehabilitation techniques
• Familiarity with Neuro-Developmental Treatment and Sensory Integration principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage, motivate, and build rapport with children and families
• Team-oriented mindset with good clinical reasoning
• Compassionate, patient, and child-focused approach

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT)
• Certification or training in Pediatric Physiotherapy is preferred

Experience After Qualification:
• 1–3 years of experience in pediatric physiotherapy preferred
• Freshers with relevant pediatric exposure or internship experience may also be considered
