About the Role
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct case assessments and develop treatment plans with short-term goals
• Monitor patient progress and discuss outcomes with parents
• Prepare and maintain monthly progress reports
• Educate parents on expected treatment outcomes
• Support organizational activities and contribute to business expansion
• Participate in promotional and awareness activities of the organization
QUALIFICATION:
• Degree in Physiotherapy
• Knowledge of physiology, pediatrics, and medical terminology
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 2 years of total work experience required
SKILLS:
• Strong physiology and pediatric knowledge
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-focused and compassionate approach
