Orthodontist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Collaborate with leading orthodontists across Mumbai and Pan India
• Take ownership of aligner treatment planning and troubleshooting
• Develop predictable aligner treatment plans using clinical expertise and biomechanics knowledge
• Work on aligner planning software for accurate and detailed treatment planning
• Conduct case diagnosis and tele-consultations for aligner cases at selected locations
• Formulate multiple treatment scenarios in consultation with doctors
• Lead and guide team members to ensure precision and effective communication in treatment planning
• Coordinate closely with the communication team to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications
• Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Orthodontics

Experience
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in aligner planning or orthodontics is an added advantage

Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of orthodontics and aligner biomechanics
• Proficiency in treatment planning and diagnosis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians and internal teams
• Familiarity with aligner planning software is preferred
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
