Orthodontist

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct clinical consultations, orthodontic assessments, and treatment planning
• Supervise and monitor aligner treatments and orthodontic appliances
• Take impressions and perform IPR and attachments as required
• Manage patient follow-ups and track treatment progress
• Maintain clinic hygiene, patient safety, and adherence to SOPs
• Ensure a smooth and professional patient experience
• Collaborate with dental planners and customer support teams

QUALIFICATION:
• BDS + MDS in Orthodontics (Mandatory)

EXPERIENCE:
• 1–3 years of clinical orthodontic practice
• Aligner experience preferred

SKILLS:
• Strong orthodontic expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using intraoral scanners and digital tools
• Attention to detail with ethical clinical practice
• Ability to work in a high patient interaction retail setup
