Oral Medicine Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage complex oral health issues, including oral diseases, disorders, and systemic conditions
• Collaborate with dental and medical professionals to deliver integrated patient care
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient consultations
• Address oral health emergencies effectively and promptly
• Educate patients on oral healthcare strategies to promote long-term health and well-being
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
• Contribute to service improvement and uphold high standards of patient care

Skills Required
• Expertise in Oral Medicine and Emergency Medicine for timely and effective patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients and explain treatments clearly
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of Family Medicine as it applies to dental care
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care and positive patient experiences

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS)
• Postgraduate specialization in Oral Medicine and Radiology or equivalent
• Active licensing to practice dentistry in India and relevant certifications

Experience After Qualification
• Extensive experience in Oral Medicine, patient consultations, and emergency management
