Operators & Executives - Production & Packing

Roles & Responsibilities
• Operate and maintain pharmaceutical equipment in production and packing lines
• Monitor processes to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards (GMP, USFDA guidelines)
• Perform in-process checks, documentation, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
• Handle shift-based work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• For executives: supervise operators, provide training, and implement process improvements

Qualification
• ITI / Diploma in Pharmacy / Engineering, B.Sc, B.Pharm, or equivalent for operators
• Higher qualifications preferred for executives

Experience
• 2–7 years in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in OSD production/packing (compression, granulation, coating, blister packing)

Skills
• Knowledge of GMP and machine handling (e.g., compression machines, blister lines)
• Documentation and quality control skills
• Ability to work in shift-based, fast-paced production environments
• Supervisory and training skills for executive roles
