Onsite Injury Prevention Physiotherapist
About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite early intervention physiotherapy within workplace environments
• Conduct ergonomic and manual handling assessments
• Deliver injury prevention education and promote healthy workplace habits
• Build strong relationships with employees and employers as a trusted health partner
• Support workplace wellbeing initiatives and proactive injury management strategies
• Contribute to triage services with potential work-from-home support
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and professional standards
Qualification:
• Degree in Physiotherapy
• Full AHPRA Registration (mandatory)
Experience:
• Minimum 1+ year of musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience
• Experience in private practice or onsite occupational health settings preferred
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, people-first approach
• Ability to work independently in workplace environments
• Sound knowledge of injury prevention and workplace health
• Valid driver’s licence and access to own vehicle
• Full working rights in Australia
