Oncology Rehabilitation Nurse

Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care to oncology patients undergoing rehabilitation
• Assist in patient assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized patient-centered care plans
• Administer treatments and monitor patient response to therapy
• Offer emotional, physical, and psychological support to patients and families
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Support rehabilitation processes and continuity of care for oncology patients

Qualification
• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with relevant certifications
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and patient monitoring
• Understanding of rehabilitation processes and patient-centered care
• Knowledge of medicine and clinical treatment support
• Experience or exposure to oncology patient care preferred

Experience
• Experience in oncology nursing or rehabilitation nursing preferred
• Experience in critical care or complex patient care is an advantage
