OMR Resident Dentist

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Attend walk-in patients and conduct detailed history-taking and clinical examinations
• Perform preliminary oral examinations to assess overall oral health status
• Identify immediate and long-term dental treatment needs
• Explain diagnosis and treatment options clearly in simple and understandable language
• Propose appropriate treatment plans aligned with clinical findings and patient needs
• Convert walk-in consultations into approved treatment plans ethically
• Address patient concerns regarding procedures, timelines, and cost
• Coordinate with specialists including Endodontists, Periodontists, and Prosthodontists
• Ensure smooth handover of finalized cases to the clinical team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with internal protocols
• Achieve performance metrics including conversion percentage, revenue targets, and patient satisfaction

Qualification:
• BDS / MDS

Experience:
• Relevant clinical experience with strong exposure to patient consultations and treatment planning
• Experience in high walk-in clinics preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
