Job Description

HCP Wellness Private Limited is seeking motivated QA/QC professionals to perform quality inspections, maintain compliance records, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives. Based at the company’s manufacturing facility, the role involves hands-on testing, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure all products meet regulatory and internal quality standards.

Key Features of the Role

• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and company SOPs
• Maintain detailed records of all testing results, deviations, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and support product development
• Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory documentation as needed
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the QA/QC department

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods to ensure product quality
• Record and report deviations, discrepancies, and corrective actions in accordance with SOPs
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to investigate and resolve quality concerns
• Maintain proper documentation and data integrity for regulatory compliance
• Support internal and external audits, inspections, and certifications
• Assist in the development and review of SOPs and work instructions
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives for continuous compliance and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in QA/QC within pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or personal care manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with quality inspections, deviation handling, and compliance documentation
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements in manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Educational Requirements

• Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or related fields

Experience and Skills

• Knowledge of QA/QC processes and documentation requirements
• Experience in sample testing, analysis, and reporting
• Good communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment
