Officer - Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Operate and manage manufacturing department equipment
• Handle compression and granulation equipment such as FBE and Fette compression machines
• Troubleshoot equipment issues in the manufacturing department
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during operations
• Support and participate in USFDA, MHRA, and other regulatory audits
• Work with systems such as Caliber QAMS, eLog, TrackWise, SAP, WIND, CDAS, SCADA, and SABA
• Contribute to process simplification and optimization initiatives
• Maintain proper documentation as per GMP guidelines

Qualification:
• Bachelor of Pharmacy

Experience:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of compression and granulation processes
• Equipment troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
• Exposure to USFDA, MHRA, and other regulatory audits
• Familiarity with QMS and ERP systems (Caliber, TrackWise, SAP, etc.)
• Understanding of process optimization and compliance practices
• Good documentation and GMP knowledge
