Officer - QA
About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Issue and control BMR/BPR and related QA documents
• Issue extra pages and QA formats to user departments
• Handle, retrieve, and control QA documents and records
• Assign training numbers and maintain training records
• Manage sample room and perform environmental monitoring
• Update and maintain signature logbooks
• Prepare and issue Hold Time Validation reports
• Issue, retrieve, and control monthly QA formats and logbooks
• Prepare Annual Product Review (APR)
• Monitor walk-in cold chamber conditions
• Handle QA activities in TrackWise, LIMS, EDMS, and SAP
Qualification:
• B.Pharm or M.sc (Science)
Experience:
• 1–3 years in Quality Assurance, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Skills:
• Knowledge of QA processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with QA software tools (TrackWise, LIMS, EDMS, SAP)
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a QA team
