Job Description

Biological E Limited is hiring experienced professionals for its Manufacturing (Drug Product) department at Shamirpet, Hyderabad. The role focuses on packing, labelling, and Track & Trace operations for vaccine drug products.
The selected candidate will execute and monitor packaging line activities, ensure serialization compliance, maintain documentation, and coordinate with QA and Warehouse teams to support timely product release.

Responsibilities

• Execute primary and secondary packing operations
• Perform labelling activities as per approved artwork and SOPs
• Operate and monitor packaging line equipment
• Manage Track & Trace / serialization processes
• Ensure line clearance before and after batch changeover
• Maintain Batch Packaging Records (BPR) documentation
• Coordinate with QA for in-process checks and approvals
• Report deviations and support investigation activities
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety standards
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S practices in packing area

Required Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical/vaccine packing operations
• Experience in serialization and Track & Trace systems preferred
• Knowledge of GMP and documentation practices

Educational Requirements

• ITI / Diploma
• B.Sc
• Bachelor degree of Pharmacy

Experience and Skills

• Hands-on experience in packing & labelling operations
• Familiarity with automated packaging machinery
• Understanding of serialization compliance
• Knowledge of GMP and data integrity requirements
• Good documentation and record maintenance skills
• Ability to work in shifts
