Job Description

APDM Pharmaceuticals is hiring experienced M.Pharm professionals with 2 to 4 years of experience in OSD Formulation Development. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing tablet and capsule formulations, conducting trials, preparing development documentation, and supporting scale-up activities.
This position requires strong technical expertise in formulation principles, excipient compatibility, and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize tablet and capsule formulations
• Conduct pre-formulation studies and compatibility testing
• Perform lab-scale and pilot-scale formulation trials

• Support technology transfer to production department
• Troubleshoot formulation-related manufacturing issues

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in OSD Formulation Development
• Practical exposure to tablets, capsules, and related dosage forms
• Knowledge of excipients, granulation techniques, and compression
• Understanding of scale-up and technology transfer processes
• Familiarity with regulatory documentation requirements

Educational Requirements

• M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) – Mandatory
• Strong academic background in formulation sciences

Experience and Skills

• Knowledge of wet granulation, dry granulation, and direct compression
• Understanding of stability studies and product optimization
• Problem-solving ability in formulation troubleshooting
