Occupational Therapist / Senior Occupational Therapist
About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Deliver personalised, evidence-based occupational therapy services to NDIS participants
· Conduct assessments and develop goal-oriented intervention plans
· Support clients to improve independence and overall quality of life
· Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
· Meet service level agreements and compliance requirements
· Engage with clients, families, communities, and referral partners to support service growth
Qualification:
· Approved Occupational Therapy degree
· Registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA
· Completion of NDIS Orientation Workers Module
Experience:
· Experience working with NDIS participants preferred
· Experience managing a caseload independently
· Senior-level clinical experience advantageous for Senior OT position
Skills:
· Strong clinical reasoning and assessment capability
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
· Effective time management and organisational skills
· Commitment to person-centred and ethical practice
