Occupational Therapist Psychiatry

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assess patients’ functional needs and develop individualized occupational therapy care plans.
• Design and implement therapeutic and rehabilitation interventions in coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and medical staff to support holistic recovery.
• Provide therapy for diverse populations, including pediatric and mental health patients.
• Educate families regarding therapy goals, home programs, and rehabilitation strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualification:
• Degree or certification in Occupational Therapy with valid licensure as required.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation practices and medical aspects related to mental health.

Experience:
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Occupational Therapy.
• Prior experience in mental health, psychiatry, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to join immediately is preferred.

• Strong therapeutic intervention planning and implementation skills.
• Effective communication for patient care and team collaboration.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual patient needs.
